Monkfish medallions wrapped in ham

A cheap and easy recipe!!!!!


ingredients
​· 4 monkfish medallions
· 200 grams of Iberian ham sliced
· 2 green peppers
· 1 onion
· A few spinach leaves for garnish
· Olive oil and salt

Method of preparation:

To begin, we must cut the peppers and onion stir-fry everything in a pan with a little olive oil. While the vegetables are acquiring a tender texture, monkfish medallions sazonarán.
