mushrooms cream



Ingredients

250 gr. clean and sliced mushrooms
50 gr. vegetable shortening (or oil)
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 liter of vegetable broth 1/2
salt and pepper to taste
preparation

Saute the mushrooms with hot margarine and add the lemon juice.

Then we roast the flour put it on a frying pan and stir with a wooden spoon until it turns color.

When the meal is ready we gradually cold vegetable broth and cook 10 minutes spinning rods.

Then add 2/3 of sauteed mushrooms and grind everything in a blender. The rest of the mushrooms, season incorporated and put to fire another 5 minutes.
